If your refrigerator or ice maker arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographs of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Change of Mind

If you no longer wish to keep your purchase, you may return the product for a refund, provided it meets our return conditions. Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Incorrect Order

If you ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs & Import Charges

Product Condition

Returned products must:

  • Show no signs of misuse or damage caused after delivery.

Exchanges

Restocking Fees

Cryonixo does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
