This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Cryonixo are processed, shipped, and delivered, along with important information regarding shipping responsibilities.
Order Processing
Orders are typically prepared and processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Once processing is complete, your order is released for shipment.
Estimated Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is 7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us at info@cryonixo.com, and our support team will be happy to assist you.
Shipping Fees
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within our supported shipping regions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related circumstances—such as an incorrect shipping address or the recipient being unavailable—the package may be returned to us. Any costs associated with return shipping or reshipping the order may be the customer's responsibility.
Address Changes
Delivery addresses can only be changed before an order has been shipped. Once your package has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
Taxes & Duties
Cryonixo does not charge additional taxes beyond the price displayed at checkout. Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.
